Life happens and sometimes you will have to miss a workout or two here and there but no worries! Don’t worry about making it up or doubling up the workouts on a single day, just skip it and pick up the program where it currently is. If you missed workouts for an extended period (more than 2 weeks), then it may be worth going back and picking up the program where you left off.
