What kind of equipment do I need?

For the most part all you need is a barbell, bumper plates, a squat rack and a pull-up bar . Having some kettle-bells, rings and a GHD machine are also good to have, but not absolutely required. If there is a movement programmed that you cannot perform because you don’t have the necessary equipment, we can try to come up with an alternative movement so don’t hesitate to contact us at help@barbellshrugged.com.
